Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after successful order confirmation. In some cases, processing may take longer due to high order volumes, quality checks, printing requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Time

For deliveries within India, orders generally take approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, PIN code, courier availability, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you when available. You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your name, phone number, PIN code, and complete delivery address are accurate when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery failure or an RTO (Return to Origin). Any additional shipping cost required to reship an order because of incorrect customer-provided information may be charged separately.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur because of courier issues, weather conditions, natural events, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Products

Orders containing multiple products may, in some cases, be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment requirements.
